Wale Sobande

Walé Sobande Ph.D

Walé is a seasoned technology program leader, experienced in driving diverse businesses and leading technical teams. He has deep experience in creating global technology strategies and developing people of diverse cultures and backgrounds.  A former Sr. Director & Principal SDET with Microsoft, he has previously held technology leadership roles at American Express, JP Morgan Chase, Chevron and UNICEF.

Walé has a dedication to creating technologies that drive social development and tackle human/social problems in emerging geographies.  Most recently, he is focused on promoting Impact Sourcing in the BPO industry as a vehicle to address economic gaps across the developing world.  He is also a Technology Reviewer for the National Science Foundation.  Walé holds a PhD in Applied Geophysics and formerly an Adjunct MBA Professor specializing in IT Enablement and Value Realization.

Joe Sinclair

Joe is a 25-year veteran of the software industry managing teams responsible for all components of the Software Development Life Cycle over the course of his career.  He has been an IT Principal and Technology Lead at Microsoft for over 23 years and currently focused on improving enterprise employee productivity via IoT (Internet of Things) innovation.

Joe is the Founder of Mission Nicaragua focusing on education, nutrition, and poverty alleviation in the northern region of Matagalpa Nicaragua.

Stephen is focused on go-to-Market strategies for the contact center industry and leads efforts in competitive intelligence. He is a frequent keynote speaker at industry events and publisher of insights including competitive landscapes, forecasts, and analyses.

Previously, Stephen spent close to seven years on the Business Process Management team at the market intelligence firm IDC, where he helped grow practice revenue and expand analyst coverage in Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia Pacific. In the mid and late 1990s, Stephen was the Director of Europe Trade Programs for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, reporting to the office of the Governor. Stephen is based in Washington, D.C.

Victor is a passionate technology executive with more than 20 years of delivering results in leading high performing Cloud and IT organizations. He successfully built, recruited and scaled global Cloud and IT Operations organizations with proven success in delivering consistently high availability services.

Victor led all aspects of operating Enterprise Cloud Services for ServiceNow as Vice President and leader of its Cloud Operations organization. Prior to ServiceNow, Victor led Microsoft’s Global Network Operations supporting its Cloud services including Office 365, Azure and Outlook.

Olayele Adelakun is an Associate Professor of Management Information Systems at DePaul University in Chicago.  He is a co-chair of the Chicago chapter of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) and the Director of the Innovation Development Center in the College of Computing and Digital Media at DePaul University.  He has written the best practice case studies for the winning companies at the IAOP World Summit since 2013.

Jan Clausen

Jan has over 25 years of extensive experience in the BPO industry having previous roles as both a provider and buyer of contact center and IT services.  Her experience includes positions at Fujitsu, EDS, Microsoft and now with Symetra.

Jan’s expertise in child safety legislation and leadership of Microsoft’s Online Safety program led her create Digital Humanity, a company that provides advisory services to businesses to deliver a safe online customer experience with a focus on internet child safety.  Digital Humanity helps businesses with online safety standards compliance including ITIL, outreach strategies and partner development.


Manny Ladis

Manny is a pioneer in the data center outsourcing industry with two decades of experience in the technology sector.  He is responsible for cloud delivered desktop solutions at Dizzion (a provider of end user computing solutions) and a leader in the effort to improve scalability, efficiency and security for the contact center industry.

He is an advocate of technology growth in Colorado and is currently on the board of EFCO (Entrepreneurs Foundation of Colorado) and volunteers with groups like CTA (Colorado Technology Association) and The Founder Institute.  He is also involved with IAOP (International Association of Outsourcing Professionals)

Kirti’s career in the high-tech and financial industries has been dedicated to improving the contact center customer experience and process innovation.  This includes roles at Nike and Microsoft where she led a customer experience team to improve performance of outsourced support with responsibility for quality management.  Kirti is currently on a sabbatical completing her Ph.D in Strategic Management.

Chad Fuller

Chad brings 28 years of BPO leadership to the team with global outsource location strategy expertise, supplier relationship management and a focus on designing an exceptional customer experience.

He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt instructor and has trained over 200 candidates to receive their Six Sigma certifications.  Chad is a founding member of the Contact Center Buyers Forum.  He resides in Boise, Idaho.
